Wunderschönes altes Steinhaus restauriert mit Pool und Meerblick, ist 2021 erweitert zu einem Luxus Haus mit tollem Meerblick. Es bietet Platz bis 8 Personen Villa Charming wurde super schön umgebaut und renoviert. Tolles Ambiente und auch sehr schöner Meerblick von den oberen Räumen sein bis zur schönen Altstadt. 4 Badezimmer und 4 Schlafzimmer, aber insgesamt Platz für 8 Personen nach der Erweiterung 2021, ist diese Villa ein absolutes Highlite.!!! Bilder sprechen für sich. Schöne überdachte Terrasse mit Platz zum grillen. Man kommt an und fühlt sich einfach sehr gut aufgehoben.Urlaub der Luxusklasse. Neu in 2022, eine Sauna und ein Jacuzzi. 2 Parkplätze vorhanden. Der Ort Banjol besticht durch seine gute Lage zur Hauptstadt Rab. Nur etwa 2 km entfernt ist man in dem wunderschönen Ort. Von der Villa aus kann man diesen sehen. Rab ist einfach immer eine Reise wert. Die tollen Strände mit glasklarem Wasser, verzaubern auch Sie. Der Sandstrand in Pudarica mit glasklarem Wasser, ein Genuss. Testen Sie die tollen Restaurants zu besten Preisen oder machen Sie einen Bummel durch die wunderschöne Altstadt, wo Sie wunderbar abschalten können. Die Villa liegt am Ende der Straße und ist absolut ruhig, nichts stört einen. Die Ruhe wird nur durch das singen der Vögel und das Zirpen der Grillen unterbrochen. Ein Muss für Gäste die Ruhe suchen.

    “Meiner Familie hatte es sehr gut gefallen Positiv: Moderne und sehr gute Ausstattung
    Alle Zimmer mit sehr guten Badezimmer Negativ: Bitte unter dem Holzterrassendach einen Lüfter montieren
    und bei der Ausstattung sollten Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern montiert werden. Die Steine welche vor der Garage liegen, bei einfahren links seitlich neben der Garage
    müssen beseitigt werden.
