Ein Backofen mit Mikrowelle, ein Fleisch- und Käsefondueset sowie ein Racletteofen ergänzen das Küchen-Equipment. Weiter hat es einen grossen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, sowie eine Spülmaschine, Zentralheizung. Wohnzimmer mit 2 gossen Couchmöbeln, 1 davon elektrisch verstellbar, TV mit Satellit Esstisch für 4-5 Personen.
