You will find rest and relaxation in the "Auszeit" holiday flat in Haus Heiler, which was newly renovated and tastefully furnished in 2020. The holiday flat was completely renovated in 2020 and lovingly furnished individually. A wonderful retreat has been created here to find peace during a time-out, to recharge your batteries and to find inspiration, e.g. to write a book. Our house is located close to the centre on the southern slope of the Hausberg. From here it is only a few minutes The cross-border golf course is only a few minutes away, as is the cross-country skiing trail in winter. The cross-border golf course is in the immediate vicinity. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlords/operators of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free admission to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee.

Located in the basement, the holiday flat is a wonderful retreat to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, relax and find inspiration, e.g. to write a book. In the individually and tastefully furnished living and sleeping area, you can make yourself comfortable and find wonderful peace. A 1.60 m wide bed, a high-quality designer sofa, a table with chairs and a shelf with storage space are available for this purpose. In the afternoon, the sun bathes the living room and kitchen in a particularly cosy light and makes the room an experience for the senses.
From the living room you reach the modern and tastefully furnished kitchen via three steps. There you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and nature from the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and high-quality cooking utensils.
The garden area in front of the flat's windows is available for your individual use. There you can spend hours in a deck chair listening to the rippling of the water in the small pond and let your soul dangle.
