Seafront villa with private pool for holidays

Beautiful sea front villa overlooking the wonderful open sea with a large lawn garden that runs down from the villa to the rocks and the edge of the open sea. The views from here are really gorgeous, astonishingly beautiful and relaxing.The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac road and the heart of this bustling resort is about 800 m., away and offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops and boutiques; all you need to spend a great holiday. Cala d’Or area offers several sandy coves, here you can also practice water sports or take the glass bottom boat to visit the beautiful south coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports such as Porto Petro or Porto Colom or even the natural Park of Mondragó. The exclusive marina of Cala D’Or is 4 minutes drive and about 8 minutes drive direction Porto Colom is the golf course “Vall D’Or Golf”.

Beautiful villa arranged in two identical adjoining parts that are connected inside from upper terrace and the basement. Both parts share a wonderful exterior. They have airy and bright rooms with access to the exterior with astonishing sea views.Both parts are identical in the interior, each boast on the ground floor a bright living/dining area with a semicircle built sofa and access to the pool and garden area, a larder and a guest toilet. One of kitchens is well equipped -the other is not equipped-. The laundry area is the basement. On the upper floor each part boast two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms – one also has a separate shower - both with access the upper terrace with gorgeous sea views.

The exterior is wonderful; with superb open sea views, sunny and relaxing areas and a really large lawn garden that runs down from the villa to the rocks and the edge of the open sea. There are two covered terraces with comfortable terrace furniture; one with a dining table and chairs for delicious breakfast or evening meals and another by the pool, a lovely “chill-out area” with a sofa and an armchair. The beautiful pool (aprox.10 m x 5m Depth min. 0.90 max. 2.05m – Children area 40-60 cm.) that enjoys superb views of the open sea is the perfect spot to spend the long and peaceful summery days. The villa and garden is completely fenced; there is also place to park the car in the short drive way.

All bedrooms boast air conditioning cold/warm with a limited timetable (21:00-09:00).
