Drie ruime slaapkamers: één erg donker, de andere twee luchtig en licht. Functionele, eenvoudige badkamer. In de keuken ontbreken wel wat essentiële spullen, bijvoorbeeld een broodsnijmes.     “Die FeWo ist absolut empfehlenswert, sie ist zwar nicht superneu, aber dafür bis ins Detail liebevoll eingerichtet und supergroß. Balkon und Garten laden zu gemütlichen Abendstuden ein und wenn mal schlechtes Wetter ist, gibt es in der Wohnung ausreichend Platz für gesellige Runden. Die Vermieterin Daniela ist immer und für alle Fragen im Erdgeschoss zu erreichen. Kann perfekt deutsch sprechen und in der Wohnung ist einiges an Informationsmaterial, zum Eigenbedarf. Bad und Toieltte waren sauber und kein Schimmel entdeckt.”

    “Ausstattung und Lage der Wohnung entsprachen exakt der Beschreibung, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war vollkommen in Ordnung.
    Den leicht "muffigen" Geruch können wir auch bestätigen, aber nicht in der Wohnung selbst, diese war sauber und völlig ok, sondern nur im Treppenhaus. Die sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Waldrand eignet sich hervorragend für Spaziergänge. Und das Stadtzentrum ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die freundliche Betreuung durch die im Haus wohnende Vermieterin sollte aus unserer Sicht keineswegs unerwähnt bleiben.
