Die modern eingerichtete ca. 60 qm große 2-Raum-Nichtraucherwohnung befindet sich im OG eines Hauses. Sie verfügt über einen kombinierten Wohn/-Schlafraum mit ausklappbarem Sofa (für 2 Personen), TV, Musikanlage und einer großzügig ausgestatteten Küchenzeile u.a. ein Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspülmaschine, einen separaten Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, sowie ein Badezimmer mit DU/WC und Badewanne. Die Erstausstattung der Bettwäsche stellen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. Die Handtücher sind bitte selbst mitzubringen. Ein PKW-Stellplatz ist direkt am Haus. Für Ihre Fahrräder steht eine Garage zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung.


Anfahrt: Stralsund - B 96 (Richtung Sassnitz) - noch vor Sassnitz links abbiegen (Richtung Sagard/Glowe) - noch vor Glowe links abbiegen (Richtung Polchow) - 1. Straße links bis zum Schluss (gelbes Haus auf der rechten Seite).


Ferien in Pochow auf der Halbinsel Jasmund
Unsere modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung befindet sich im OG eines Hauses und wurde 2002 neu erbaut. Polchow ist ein romantischen Dorf im Norden der Insel Rügen. Unser Haus befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage. Vom Balkon aus haben Sie eine tolle Aussicht zum großen Jasmunder Bodden. Alljährlich im Oktober und November können Naturfreunde in Polchow das großartige Schauspiel ziehender Kraniche direkt vom Balkon unserer Ferienwohnung aus beobachten. Bis zum Ostseestrand nach Glowe sind es 5 km und bis zum Bodden ca. 1500 m. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist in ca. 500 m Entfernung. Inseltypische Gaststätten laden zum Verweilen ein.
