Our modern holiday home, completed in early 2021, is located in the immediate vicinity of the Roman Museum in a quiet residential area in Haltern am See.The town centre, with a variety of individual shops, restaurants and cafés, is only a good kilometre away and invites you to stroll around and stop for a bite to eat.Situated directly on the Römer-Lippe-Route as well as on the 100-Schlösser-Route, we are an ideal starting point for numerous bicycle tours. Hiking enthusiasts appreciate the local recreation areas Hohe Mark, the Haard or the Westruper Heide.Other recreational opportunities include the lidos on the southern shore of the reservoir and the Silbersee II. A pedal boat or canoe rental at the reservoir, canoeing on the Lippe, a climbing park, beer gardens as well as several recreational and animal parks complete the offer around Haltern am See.

    “Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhig gelegenem Wohngebiet, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und neuwertig. Man hatte alles was man braucht und konnte sich fast wie zu Hause fühlen. Die Halterner Seen und die schöne Innenstadt sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Top Adresse ist Jupp's uriger Biergarten, der uns in den heißen Tagen Schatten spendete und den Durst löschte. Von dort aus kann man stundenlang wandern.. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden Positiv: Die gesamte Ausstattung, die Lage der Ferienwohnung und der Gastgeber Negativ: Wir hatten nicht's auszusetzen Restaurant: Jupp's Biergarten - Uriger Biergarten am Wasser und Wald gelegen, da muss man einfach hin”
