Our Viva la Vida apartment is located in the ground floor of a modern 3 family home. The house was built in 2015.
In the middle of the beautiful principality of Sayn (between Koblenz and Neuwied) you will find us. Not only the place itself has so much to offer in terms of cultural and interesting things, but also the numerous excursions in the nearby area offer all kinds of variety. The hiking enthusiasts will also love it worth here.
Sayn and the surrounding area offers everything for young and old.
Our holiday accommodation is absolutely centrally located. Public transport is within easy reach.

Our Viva la Vida apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail in the style of the vintage/shabby look, with all the amenities you need to have a relaxing holiday. "Old" Interior mixed with state-of-the-art Living quality is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Here the furniture was partly reworked or built by us.
Whether you're spending a leisurely evening at the large dining table or relaxing in the adjoining living room, the apartment offers plenty of room to enjoy yourself.
With 3 large bedrooms you can spend a holiday here with friends or even with the big family.
The cosy terrace behind the house invites you to enjoy the last rays of the evening sun-whether with a delicious coffee or a good glass of wine-here you can enjoy the peace and quiet and prepare a delicious meal by the grill in a cosy tound.
