As a private landlord, we offer two side-by-side "holiday apartments on the Schwanensee ***" with a prime location in Plöner's old town on a quiet play street, with a natural, private garden, garden furniture, barbecue area and fire bowl, own access to the lake, parking directly at the house, free use of boats and bicycles. Within walking distance, only 350m to the train station/ZOB, 500m to the market square, 900m to the castle, quiet play street, beautiful footpaths to the old town, a wooden Schwentine bridge and narrow "Twieten" (alleys). The apartments are an excellent starting point for hiking, boating and cycling tours through the beautiful Plön lake landscape. No stress, access to the apartments 24/7 including check-in and check-out via a key safe.



The non-smoking holiday flat of 44m² for 1 to 3 persons is very cosy. It has got a living room with integrated kitchen and eating corner, a badroom et it is completely furnished. Westside, you look at the nature, eastside, you look at the old town of Plön. For your visit, you can use a parking space, the sheltered garden with garden furniture and picnic site for barbecuing, 2 bicycles and 3 kayaks.The shower room with toilet was completely renovated at the end of 2021 and equipped with new objects. In the apartment there is a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi available.
Final cleaning is included in the final price.

    “Positiv: Eine sehr schöne Fewo, ideal für 2 Personen.
    Top Lage, Sehr schöner und idyllischer Garten,
    Die Lage an der Schwentine und die Möglichkeit Paddelboote zu nutzen sind eine wunderbare Möglichkeit um Urlaub zu machen. Negativ: Bei intensiver Sonneneinstrahlung, wäre ein Sonnenschutz im Wohnraum sehr hilfreich den Raum kühl zu halten.”
