The cosy holiday flat is located in a quiet, wooded area. Nearby you will find cycling and hiking trails - the Eifelsteig, Heimatspuren, Eifleschleifen, Traumpfade -, the Dreimühlen waterfall, geo-path and many beautiful viewpoints and excursion destinations. On request, 2 guest rooms (shared shower/WC) can also be booked.

We are a family-friendly house. Your pet is also welcome! DVD player, games and books are available, as well as a cot with changing table and high chair. In addition, a children's table with chairs is available for our little guests. Make yourself comfortable in our large courtyard! Lawn, garden furniture and barbecue are available.

A beautiful playground is 100 m from the house.

A bakery is located 4 km away. Supermarkets and butchers are 6-10 km away. Breadmobiles come 4 times a week.
Leudersdorf is situated in the Hillesheimer Kalkmulde in a geologically interesting, volcano-rich landscape. Nature and hiking lovers feel at home here.

The comfortable holiday-flat consits of 2 bedrooms,
a spacious living room with a double daybed+SAT-TV,
a fully equipped kitchen with a dinette, a bathroom with shower/toilett+hairdryer, bidet and a hallway with a freezer.
Cot, children highchair, BBQ, gardenfurnitures, lawn for sunbathing and frontyard are at your disposal, as well as DVD-player, parlor games and books.

We offer WLAN to go free of charge.

For short overnight stays of 2-3 nights, breakfast is included.

In addition to the holiday flat, we have two cosy guest rooms (SAT-TV, DVD-player, radio) with shared bathroom (shower/toilett) and common room with fridge, coffee-machine and differnt kitchen equipment.

Note on the guest contribution: To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the municipality of Gerolstein have been paying a guest contribution of 0.75 euros per person per night since 1 January 2024. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee.
The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, it is collected separately by the accommodation and forwarded to the Gerolstein municipality.
