The new building **** comfort cottage "dune grass" is located in the outskirts of Tating overlooking the countryside and a pond.

On the ground floor you reach the hallway in the spacious living / dining area with electric fireplace and open kitchen. Large windows let the sun into the house. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows you reach the garden area and the terrace. A shower room and a cloakroom corner can also be found on the ground floor. Utility room with washing machine.

A staircase leads to the attic. Here are three bedrooms with double beds, dressers and wardrobes. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV. The bathroom has a shower and bath and a floor-to-ceiling window.
