The nice house is located in Simonsberg, about 7 km drive away from Husum. It is located close to the dike, about 100 to the North Sea. The next restaurant is 200 m away. A terrace and parking space are available for the guests. Pets are allowed for an extra charge of 30 €.

The house has about 50 qm. It has a living room with suite, television & hi-fi. The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, stove, oven, mircowave, etc. and a dining place for 4 persons.     “Würde das Domizil jeder Zeit wieder Buchen , ich persönlich finde es klasse dort , weil wir die Ruhe lieben und gerade mal 8 Km zum Einkaufen oder shoppen !!! Positiv: Direkt am Deich , und die Abgeschiedenheit ( Ruhe ) . Alles drin in dem kleinen Häuschen was sehr mit liebe eingerichtet ist , so Kleinigkeiten wie eine Kerze auf dem Tisch Frischluft Aufsteller in fast jedem Raum , zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein , es war an alles gedacht um einem den Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich zu gestalten. Sogar Decken waren auf dem Sofa und Kissen so wie zu Hause !!!! Vermieter schnell zur Stelle wenn mal etwas nicht so hinhaut und sehr sehr nett !!!! Kommen sehr gerne mal wieder !!! Negativ: Wie auch schon andere erwähnten , es ist leider nicht abgezäunt . Bad sehr klein aber sehr sauber ,WC sehr eng , bin selber stabil gebaut passte gerade so drauf !”

    “Vermieter war sehr nett. Hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Positiv: Die Ruhe und die tolle Seeluft Negativ: Garten war leider nicht eingezäunt. Unser Hund hat drei Mal Hasen gejagt, war für die Nachbarn bestimmt sehr ärgerlich.”

    “Wer Ruhe sucht, ist richtig hier. Gute Lage für Wandern, Fahrradfahren oder mal kurz mit dem Hund spazieren. Wer Strand zum Baden sucht ist hier falsch. Positiv: Vom Wasserkocher bis zu Spülmaschine alles da. Negativ: Bäckerei oder kurz einkaufen in weiter Nähe. Ohne Auto problematisch. Restaurant: La Rocca - Italienisches Restaurant auf der Insel Föhr. Ausflüge: Insel Föhr - Mit der Fähre nach Föhr ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr schöner Strand mit Hundestrand. Für 4 Personen kostet eine Fahrt hin und zurück nur 43€ ohne Auto. Wer Auto mitnehmen möchte kostet nochmal 120€. Sehr enge Gassen mit Shoppings Boutiqen.”

    “Positiv: Ein schönes, gepflegtes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage. Man kann ausgedehnte Spaziergänge und ist in wenigen Gehminuten am Watt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gibt nützliche Tipps für Unternehmungen. Negativ: Da wir den Hund dabei hatten, wäre ein eingezäuntes Grundstück oder ein abgegrenzes Bereich schön gewesen. Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market, tourist office - Der Fischladen am Kutterhafen in Husum ist sehr zu empfehlen.”
