Our modern and comfortable holiday apartments with their own "Freisitz" Parking, are located at the gate to the Mittelmosel. They serve as a base for trips by car, motorbike, bicycle or hiking.
In the garden with lawn and pond you can relax in peace & Let your soul dangle.

For entertainment there is a flat screen with satellite TV, a small music system and a game collection. We have also put together an information folder with sights in our area for you. WLAN is of course free of charge.

In the cooking area there is a kitchenette with a 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a small dishwasher. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with sufficient cookware and dishes, microwave, small oven, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. You will also find other amenities such as filter bags, garbage bags, detergent, dishcloths here. Tea towels are of course included.

The dining area is designed for 2 people.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Your beds are of course made. There is also a clock radio. There is a safe in the bedroom closet where you can lock your valuables.

In the bathroom you will find hygiene products, hairdryers, cosmetic mirrors, drying racks, paper towels and toilet paper. The shower is at ground level. Hand and shower towels included (change of towels for longer stays). The rooms are heated by underfloor heating. The apartment was completed in 2020.

The apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase and has two balconies that are connected by a footbridge. Here you can have breakfast in the morning or review the day with a glass of wine in the evening.

A free separate parking space is directly at the house. Motorcycles can be parked in the carport. A bicycle cellar is available for your bicycles. From the balcony you have a view of the nearby star forest as well as our garden and pond area with Koi's. On the door to the bicycle cellar there is an outside dart board where you can pass the time if you want.

If you stay 3 nights or longer, you will receive a bottle of Mosel Riesling as a welcome gift.

Conditions:

Bed linen, hand/shower towels and tea towels are available free of charge.

An electric charging station is available for our guests with electric cars (Terra AC Wallbox, 11KW, Type 2 cable). Billing takes place via a separate meter. Costs 0.50 EUR/KW.

Only dogs are welcome as pets. Dogs (short-haired) are only allowed in the “Mosel” and “Arras” holiday apartments (max. 1 dog). Cost: EUR 10.00/day without food. No pets are allowed in the Sternenwald holiday apartment.
