Traditionelle, alte Fischerhütte aus dem frühen 20. Jh. mit viel nostalgischem Charme sowie schöner Aussicht über die Bucht und bis zur Ortschaft Hovenäset. Ruhige Umgebung und leicht kupiertes Naturgrundstück. Zugang vom Wohn-/Essbereich des gr. Hauses zu einem Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Grill. Außerdem nicht eingefasste, kl. Veranda am kl. Annex, der 1 SZ m. Zugang von außen bietet. Auch dort genießt man einen schönen Ausblick zum Wasser und dem kl. Bootshafen. Steile Treppe in die obere Etage des Hauses: Oben eingeschränkte Deckenhöhe (ca. 190 cm), Teppichboden sowie 3 SZ und Bad. 1DB m. 120 cm Breite, für 1-2 Pers., in einem SZ. Zudem extra WC m. Waschbecken u. Kaltwasser in einem separaten Häuschen, das sich für Bewohner des Annexes anbietet. Das nächste Badeufer liegt bei Hovenäset und bietet Sandstrand, Steg sowie Felsen und Rasenfläche zum Sonnenbaden. Zum Zentrum von Kungshamn etwa 30 Min Fußweg. Taxi-Boote verkehren von dort nach Smögen, das auch zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Bettdecke im Annex: 240x220 cm. Deckenhöhe von max. 200 cm im kompletten Haus.
Der vorhandene Kamin darf nicht angewendet werden!

    “La description sur le site est très réaliste, mais l'intérieur réserve de meilleures surprises: c'est une vraie maison suédoise habitée, remplie d'objets personnels: on a l'impression d'arriver dans une maison de famille et pas dans une location impersonnelle . Nous n'avons pas utilisé l'annexe mais le principe des petites maisons séparées nous a vraiment plu.

    La maison est très lumineuse, le panorama depuis les nombreuses fenêtre est toujours charmant, notamment le jardin fleuri des voisins arrières, et la vue sur la baie. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour démarrer son séjour comme chez soi. La propreté de la maison à notre arrivée était parfaite.”
