Location:
Kościelisko is a village of Podhalańska located at the foot of the Gubalowskie Range. The first name of the village was "Polany", and the present one comes from the name "Doliny Kościeliskiej" and means "the place where the church was".
This valley is located 5 km from the center of Zakopane. This area is today a perfect place to relax for those who appreciate peace, contact with nature and beautiful views. Away from the hustle and bustle of Krupowki, you can draw energy from Tatra nature and local traditions. From Kościelisko thanks to its location on the opposite side of the Podtatrzański Trench can have beautiful view on Tatra, mainly Western.
In the immediate vicinity there are entertainment facilities, various restaurants and shops. Lovers of active recreation will find a ski lift and a playground for children nearby.

Apartment:

The 80 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor. It consists of two double bedrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen. In the glassed veranda next to the kitchen there is a spacious dining room with a table for 12 people. Thanks to the height, oak furniture and noble carved details, the interior refers to the unique character of Zakopane style. Directly from the corridor there is an entrance to a large bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Next to it there is an independent toilet.


Podhalańskie Tarasy is a place for customers who appreciate peace, contact with nature and beautiful views.

~Access~

Guests have access to the entire apartment and building. Everything is included in price and at guest's disposal, including professional hotel bedlinen, shower gel, shampoo and other essentials.
Guests can ask for concierge services any time during their stay.
Coffee, tea and basic cooking amenities are provided. There is no actual breakfast offered in the apartment. However guests get exclusive discounts to local restaurants where they can enjoy one.

~Interaction~

"Loft Affair" is composed of young locals hosting apartments in the centre of Cracow. We stay in touch with our guests on daily basis throughout theirs stay, as well as before the arrival. We help them organize their stay so that they avoid bad surprises and spend a splendid time in Cracow. Our guests can request to be picked up from the airport if requested and if nothing stands in the way ( delays, communication problem). We have a self check in option where by we provide you with all the instructions to enter the flat and guide you over by phone if needed. We are ready to meet you up anytime if our guests need assistance. We will be happy to provide you with local tips and recommendations. We help organize other services free of charge, such as booking transportation ( airport, Auschwitz, Wieliczka Salt Mine) as well as guided tours.

~Neighborhood~
Kościelisko is located about 5 kilometers from the center of Zakopane from its south-west side.
In this area begin well-know Tatra trails with direction on Giewont, Czerwone Wierchy or Wołowiec. For less experienced hikers are recommended Tatra Valleys: Kościeliska, Chochołowska or Małej Łąki. In the winter Kościelisko offers access to numerous cross-country trails.

~Notes~

In view of apartment's character and location we kindly ask to abide our House Rules. Primarily please remember about quiet hours from 22:00 till 6:00 (organizing party is strictly forbidden) as well as not smoking in the apartment.

~House Rules~

Make yourself at home and please take care of our place like if it was yours.

1. Turn off the light when you are not using it.
2. Don’t let unverified people inside the apartment.
3. You are entirely responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. Guests will be charged with any damages to property if occurred.
4. People not listed in the reservation are not allowed to stay in the apartment.
5. Parties, events, anniversaries or birthday events are strictly forbidden if not discussed previously with the host.
6. Before leaving the house make sure are all windows are closed.
7. This is a non smoking apartment. A one time penalty fee will be applied if violated.
8. Late check outs are charged an extra fee of 15 EUR per 1 hour.
9. Parking if available on the street
Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 weeks prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 week prior to his/her arrival (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
