The apartment "Auszeit ( Timeout ) Stubai" is 90m² big and offers 2-3 bed rooms ( despends on how many people rent the apartment ) ,

entrace, 1 bathroom, 1 seperate toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen. Right in front of your door step is a 200m² big garden.

A parking space is provided free of charge. The hiking and skiing area "Schlick 2000" can be reached on foot. The distance is 300m.

If there is enough amount of snow you can reach the apartment by ski from there.

The apartment offers two separate bedrooms. The bigger one is epuipped with a kingsize bed and a wardrobe, if requested,

we will provide you with a cot or another single bed. The smaller room provides 2 single beds and also a wardrobe.

In every room there is a safe at your disposal, for your valuables. The bathroom offers a bathtub, a shower and sink.

Towels and lines are included. Toilet can be found separately. Feel at home in the spacious living room, here a couch can be found,

which also function as bed, if you need to. A big flat TV offers you everthing you need for a chilled timeout.

The modern, fully equipped open floor plan kitchen invites to cook and enjoy in company. There are a dishwasher, fridge and freezer,

microwave, electrical stove and oven, a coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and various cooking utensils. There is free WIFI in all rooms.
