Our house lies surrounded from the marvellous Stubai mountain world, off traffic and noise, in the lower district of Fulpmes at 936-m elevation. From the spring till the autumn you can begin your biking-, jogging-, walking or travelling tours directly before the house. In winter you drive comfortably by the ski bus (stop in house nearness) to our ski area Schlick 2000 or to the Stubaier glacier. We have 2 comfortable and very spacious non-smoker's apartments which are very brightly and affectionately in modern style.

This modern and comfortable loft offers place for 2 to 4 guests. Distributed on 67m2, 2 generous bedrooms (both with terrace access) and a comfortable kitchen-living room invite for staying and feeling fine.
The generous bathroom with double wash basin and shower cubicle is separated from the toilet in which, in addition, a washing machine at your possession stands. Enjoy the morning sun on one, the evening sun on the other terrace and admire the unforgettable look in the Stubaier mountain world.
