- Please take your shoes off when inside the property.
- Please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
- As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please.
- Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge.
- If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £30
- Check in time : 3.00 pm- 10.00 pm
- Check out by 10.00 am
- Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
- There will be a fine of £75 for smoking indoors.
- Age limit 21 years old.
- Travel cot available on advance request for £20 (no linens providing).
-Security Deposit– if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £250

Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 weeks prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 week prior to his/her arrival (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
