Modern 2 double bed apartment within a few minutes walk of the popular British Airways i360 and Brighton beach. There are wonderful sea views from one of the bedroom. Ideally placed to take advantage of the excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants that Brighton has to offer.

The Space:
This superbly styled apartment makes for a perfectly facilitated getaway. Ideal for couples looking for a “home away from home” or a romantic break. But even more suitable for small groups of friends & family looking for the go-to Brighton location. Comfortable, calm and convenient. We love to go that extra mile so you feel like you are at home.

As you enter you'll see on your left a master bedroom which has a comfy king size bed with hotel style fresh linen. The mattresses are comfortable and of high quality.
On your right you'll see a brand new bathroom with a shower over the bath and guest toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner are supplied.

Further down on your right you'll find a bright and sunny double bedroom with comfy double bed and one single bed.

On your left side there is a modern open plan fully equipped kitchen, lounge with a corner sofa bed, a dining table and Smart TV .There is plenty of tea & coffee so help yourselves! The kitchen are perfected to a remarkably high standard to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The kitchen, where you can show your culinary skills is suitable for prep cooks and executive chefs! Considering the central location, you will be able to access all the must-visit spots within minutes.

We have put a lot of care into making the space refreshing and cosy as well as being smart and contemporary. With every inch tailored to perfection, this apartment makes for a wonderful stay.

The Neighborhood:
Western Road is home to many shops, cafes and pubs. Sainsbury's Supermarket is across the road along with many other shops a short walk away.
A few minutes walk down Western Road will take you straight to Brighton sea front and British Airways i360.The centre of Brighton has lots of amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the Museum and Art Gallery.

Getting Around:
Brighton is a seaside resort on the south coast of England 47 miles (75 km) south of London. The nearest airport is London Gatwick Airport.
On foot is the easiest way to explore Brighton & this property is close to everything the City has to offer. Short walk to British Airways i360 and beach.A public car park is 5 minute walk. Brighton train station it's about 10min walk. Buses run regularly from around the city.

Other Things to Note:
Please remember that you are staying in our apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

Our apartment is within a friendly building shared with a few other households, some with young children, so it’s not suited to any guests thinking of parties or other noisy activities. As noted we have strict policies regarding noise, smoking, occupancy limits, property damage, and cleanliness.
It is also on the second floor, so do bear that in mind when booking as there is no lift.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break or damage anything please let us know immediately so that we can take steps to repair or replace it.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

The age limit is 21 years.

Guest will be refunded the full amount of the booking fees (minus our Fees) if (s)he cancels the booking up to 2 weeks prior to his/her arrival day (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
Guest will be refunded 50% of the booking fees (minus our fees), if (s)he cancels the booking up to 1 week prior to his/her arrival (check-in) to Host’s accommodation.
All cancellations must take place by 12:00 (midday) according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
