Welcome to our trendy modern Villa City - Well House with stunning views of the Old Town and the famous Fortress of Salzburg. We gladly present you the noble 600 sqm living space with 1000 sqm of beautiful garden, that you find in the middle of Salzburg's exclusive residential area called Nonntal. 

The price for Villa City starts from € 500 per day for the whole family or up to ten people and depends on the desired booking season. It includes laundry, taxes and local tax. The final cleaning will be extra charged with € 400. 

Villa City is particularly cozy and highly family-friendly with its luxurious space and exclusive comfort. Entering the house you will feel the elegant charm and the special Salzburg flair immediately. And with our welcoming home-made Gugelhupf according to our Grandfather's recipe and a chilled bottle of Prosecco, your dream holiday will start right away. 
 
The large entrance area is a bright, sunny room and offers plenty of space for your wardrobe. Right on the ground floor you also find a lounge area for relaxing, equipped with state-of-the-art music boxes and flat-screen TV.

On the ground floor there's a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower plus a wonderfully-equipped playroom for your kids – they will love it! As they have their own book corner, a special table for crafts, a rocking horse and even an original Carrera racetrack.

Past the wine cellar, a large, slightly curved staircase leads you to the first floor. There you have your grand living room and a dining room with an open, high quality kitchen including a small pantry. The kitchen offers all kinds of comfort - from a dishwasher, electric stove and oven to a microwave, coffee & tea machine, to a steamer and other highly practical gadets. 

For a sunny breakfast under the open sky you’ll find a small terrace off the kitchen. After your excursions in Salzburger Land, you can relax at the open fireplace, in front of two cozy tiled stoves or the flat-screen TV. The leather sofas with original skins and hand-sewn upholstery are as inviting as the luxurious terrace with weatherproofed lounge furniture and sun loungers. There you can enjoy the impressive Salzburg panorama – indeed a dream setting at your feet. 

Only privileged guests have such an exclusive view of Salzburg's legendary landmark, Hohensalzburg Fortress . It’s a true “Sound of Music” setting.

On the same floor there is another bedroom with separate toilet and a wonderful terrace. Three further bedrooms are to be found on the second floor; they share two large bathrooms with toilets. The master bedroom does not only offer a large bathtub and a spacious dressing room, but also has a small office overlooking the room's own balcony. 

For special requirements, we have another fully equipped 50 sqm apartment for rent with separate or internal entrance. This one has a large bedroom, a bathroom with toilet and a living room with TV and basic cooking facilities.

All in all, our Villa City offers five to seven bedrooms, four terraces and a balcony with a direct view of Salzburg mountains. So in any case you can spread out with your family or your friends and enjoy our comfortable ambience. 

Three bathrooms with shower or bathtub invite you to romantic recreation and enjoyable hours in warm water. The four toilets in the house provide plenty of room and enough space for peace and privacy.

For your arrival everything will be prepared perfectly – beds, towels and tablecloths lovingly arranged. Our Villa City is surrounded by meadows and forests for walking and hiking tours right from the door – an all relaxing holiday. 

In only five minutes you reach the historic center of Salzburg. There you find many excellent restaurants, bars, clubs and countless shopping opportunities in the midst of romantic streets. 

The nearest golf course is also just ten minutes from our house and even the most famous clubs such as Fuschl, Eugendorf, Schladming and Radstadt are located within a readius of 30 km. That’s why Salzburg is also a dream area for golfsports fans and perfect for guests who love trips and spontanous discovery tours in the beautiful landscape all around the cirty. 

Wintertime too has it’s very special look-and-feel. All kind of ski areas are to be checked out in close neighbourhood of Salzburg. On our website you find all directions and descriptions. The winter menu presents the details of the slopes as well as of our other holiday chalets in town and in the country. 

In summer our homepage describes the most beautiful hiking tours, bicycle routes and swimming locations. Even fishermen will be happy, as they find charming fish reservoirs in ten minutes distance from Villa City. We’re happy to provide you with the required fishing cards. 

Needless to say, that Salzburg is also known for its clear, blue drinking-water-quality lakes and many wonderful bathing beaches. There is the legendary Wolfgangsee, the romantic Fuschlsee, the wide Mondsee, Attersee and Wallersee - all lakes to be reached within half an hour by car – offering attractive water sports. If you’re into tennis we can check you a court just ten minutes from our house. 

Whether you are interested in arts, culture, sports or wellness, Salzburg, in fact is a highly luxurious place to be and you've chosen a wonderful destination for your vacation – after all an ideal hideaway to relax and recharge your batteries.
