Detached house in Via La Canna on the side of Via Gramsci, located less than 900 meters from the "La Cinta" beach of San Teodoro and 500 meters from the town center. Very convenient to all services, the first bar and market nearby are only 200 meters away.


The accommodation

The detached house is located within a private and well-kept condominium complex of a few units, whose entrance is closed by a gate and that reserves access to the condominiums only. The complex is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for those who are looking for moments of real and tranquility.



The house has a maximum of 6 beds.

Internally composed of living room with kitchenette and equipped with a sofa bed for two, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with washing machine. The garden is surrounded by a high hedge, has an additional outdoor shower, a gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue, where you can relax in the evening or dine outdoors. The property has 2 private parking lots.



Among the amenities of the house: TV with SKY decoder, stereo with radio cd, iron, vacuum cleaner, toaster, cradle for children, toys for children, board games, cards, dominoes etc .. tourist material, umbrella for the beach , blankets, crockery, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen (double sheets change for each bed towels, bathrobes, various mats, tablecloths, tea towels etc.)
