The bed and breakfast (guesthouse and appt.) Anny and the adjoining apartment house are located in a quiet, sunny, yet central location, in the beautiful holiday resort Maria Alm. Spend relaxing or active holidays in the beautiful Almer Valley. The house is family run with austrian hospitality. Our top priority is to make you feel comfortable with us!
We offer apartments in different sizes (for 2-6 persons), as well as beautiful spacious, newly equipped double or family rooms. All rooms are comfortably furnished - offering shower/WC, balcony, telephone and Tv - and furthermore, of course, we offer a completely satisfactory breakfast buffet. Breakfast or breakfast roll delivery is also possible for our apartment-guests.
You will also find: a large sun terrace, an inviting lounge with TV and a fireplace, a guest fridge, a wellness area (sauna, IR cabin, solarium, warm loungers), a fitness area, table tennis and a great playroom for the little ones. Ski slopes, XC trails and ski bus are close by.
Once a week (in winter) the wellness area can be used free of charge.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house!
In our spacious winter garden you can enjoy your breakfast or relax a bit during the day!

Our apartment A2 is a nice, spacious apartment on the ground floor (i. e. without any stair climbing) with a great terrace.
The apartment offers a bedroom with double bed and another sleeping possibility (given by sofa bed), a spacious and cozy living room with dinig table and large couch (extendable, another sleeping possibility for 2 mor people) - perfect to spend common evenings there. Furthermore: 2 seperate toilets (WC), bathroom with shower/WC and a kitchen with kitchenette, which invites you to cook.
