The bed and breakfast (guesthouse and appt.) Anny and the adjoining apartment house are located in a quiet, sunny, yet central location, in the beautiful holiday resort Maria Alm. Spend relaxing or active holidays in the beautiful Almer Valley. The house is family run with austrian hospitality. Our top priority is to make you feel comfortable with us!
We offer apartments in different sizes (for 2-6 persons), as well as beautiful spacious, newly equipped double or family rooms. All rooms are comfortably furnished - offering shower/WC, balcony, telephone and Tv - and furthermore, of course, we offer a completely satisfactory breakfast buffet. Breakfast or breakfast roll delivery is also possible for our apartment-guests.
You will also find: a large sun terrace, an inviting lounge with TV and a fireplace, a guest fridge, a wellness area (sauna, IR cabin, solarium, warm loungers), a fitness area, table tennis and a great playroom for the little ones. Ski slopes, XC trails and ski bus are close by.
Once a week (in winter) the wellness area can be used free of charge.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house!
In our spacious winter garden you can enjoy your breakfast or relax a bit during the day!

Our apartment N2 is a beautiful, generously furnished, very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, which are separated. In the living room there is a large sitting area/dining area next to a big bay window with great views and enough space for everyone. Also findable are a very spacious, open kitchen with everything your heart desires, a sitting area with couch/lounge (extendable; further sleeping possibility for 2 persons) and a cable TV. The apartment also offers a large anteroom with plenty of space.
A very high-quality, spacious bathroom and a separate toilet also offer far beyond everything you may need.
The view of the apartment with a south and an east balcony makes the holiday endlessly perfect!
