Holiday House in Llubí with Private Pool

Splendid house of 240 m2 on a plot with a total area of ​​approximately 36,000 m2. The pool area invites you to dive, relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers. The lawn is about 200 m2 with outdoor shower and barbecue. The bright living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is open to the living room, perfectly equipped with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator. In addition to this kitchen there is another outdoor kitchen with a fridge, oven, sink and dishwasher. The house has a spacious dining room.

The municipality of Muro is located between the Port of Alcudia and Can Picafort. The sea with a beautiful sandy beach is located about 11 km. Within 1.5 km there are restaurants, supermarkets and numerous leisure facilities. It is an experience to visit the town of Muro, in the same town there are magnificent mansions and many cafes where you can relax. Not to be missed is the weekly market in Muro, in the city every Saturday and Sunday.
