This charming wine estate with panoramic views is located on the hills at just 1.5 km from Radda in Chianti, a lovely medieval village in the heart of this wine region. The old stone villa was originally an observation post looking out over the valley; today it has been fully renovated with modern comforts yet maintaining the traditional Tuscan architectural characteristics such as archways, vaulted ceilings, irregular stone walls and large windows.

The villa is set within a large garden with barbecue area, wood-fired pizza brick oven, a children’s playground, a saltwater swimming pool (12x5 m, from 140 to 200 cm deep, open May-September, and it can be heated) with Roman steps, as well as a wonderful veranda with tables and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining in peaceful contemplation of the surrounding countryside.

The villa is huge, 900 sq m, elegantly furnished with a creative design, and set on three levels. It is fully air conditioned, and has free Wi-Fi.

Lower ground floor: a wine cellar with a selection of wines for sale; a gym room with weights, rowing machine, bicycle, yoga equipment, TV; a spa room with Turkish bath, basin and shower; a bathroom with bathtub, and a bathroom with shower; a laundry (washing machine and dryer, but only the housekeeper has access).

Ground floor: large sitting room with two sofas and two armchairs, Sat-TV and fireplace, stereo system and DVD player, a 12-seat dining room with Sat-TV and drinks cabinet, a fully equipped professional kitchen (with stove with 5 gas burners, induction cooking with 2 burners, fridge with freezer and ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine etc.) and dining area with table for 6, and TV. A separate room with two single beds, 90 x 180 cm, can be used for kids, or guests, as well as a guest bathroom with WC and washbasin complete the level. 

On the first floor there is a sitting room with sofas, armchairs, TV and fireplace. The sleeping area on this floors consists of 5 double bedrooms with wardrobe, desk and chair, and en-suite bathrooms with shower, hair dryers.

Caretaker available 5 hours a day (for garden and pool maintenance, laundry, wine cellar opening).

Smoking not allowed in the house. Pets allowed on request.

Furthermore: a family style dinner at your arrival (Wine not included), and a buffet breakfast set every morning are included, as well as 5 hours day cleaning and laundry (except on Sun) with bedlinen and pool towels change on Wednesday, bath towels change every day.
