Our farm called "LANDERSHOF" in Dorf near Längenfeld is worth a visit in summer and winter. The flat is functionally and comfortably furnished in typical Tyrolean style with pine wood, pine bed and tiled stove. The wide view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony and the wonderfully quiet location will immediately put you in holiday mood.  In winter you can enjoy the 40 km network of cross-country ski trails, the entrance is only a few metres from the house. The free ski bus - the bus stop is right behind the house - takes you to the top ski areas of the Ötztal (Sölden, Ober- and Hochgurgl and the Hochoetz family ski area).

Apartment Sonnenröschen (approx. 33 m²): spacious living room with tiled stove, integrated kitchen area (electric cooker, microwave with grill function, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher etc.) and dining area, separate sleeping area with double bedroom and  sofa-bed for one more person.
