Enjoy relaxing holidays in the cosy holiday apartment in a sunny ground-floor location with separate entrance.Right outside the front door, you can have barbecues in the garden, enjoy your meals or "chill out" in one of the deck chairs with a view of the Großer and Kleiner Ötscher! Directly behind the house is the starting point of the "Kesselgraben" hiking trail which takes you to the Steingrabenkreuz, a wayside cross, or even further to the Ötscher limestone cave (Ötscher Tropfsteinhöhle) which - by the way - can be visited in the course of free guided tours between May 1st and October 26th. During these months, the "Wilde Wunder Card" is included in your stay and offers free entrance to more than 50 attractions of the region such as the cable car ascent and descent on Mt. Ötscher, entrance to the Mendlingtal Theme Park, and many more.But also in winter, the "House on the Sun Trail" is living up to its name: Not only its sunny location is impressive, also the "Sonnenhof" winter hiking trail as well as the "Kesselgraben" snowshoeing trail start here. The Eibenkogel chair lift as well as entrances to the cross-country ski track network totalling 30 km are only about 250 m from the house.A parking space for your car, free Wi-Fi, a TV set, a dish washer as well as a shoe and boot dryer provide additional comfort. Bed linen as well as tea, hand and shower towels are included in the price.

Our 50 m2 cozy apartment consists of anteroom incl. kitchen. Here you will find a coat rack and a ski boot dryer right at the entrance. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate hob and an extractor fan, a dishwasher, toaster, a combi oven hot air / grill / microwave and a large refrigerator with its own freezer section fulfilling all requests. In addition to a kettle, milk frother, electric citrus press, a Matello coffee machine, an Italian espresso maker and a thermal coffee maker are also available. In the living and dining room, the dining table (120 x 80 cm) with 4 chairs is extendable to 160 cm long. The living area can be used as a single bed for children (80 x 200 and 80 x 150) but also as a double bed (140 x 200). This room is also equipped with a TV  ( with an ORF HD card). From this room you can reach both the bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom consists of a sink with a mirror cabinet and a shower (80 x 80 cm). The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). The spacious wardobe offers you plenty of space for your personal belongings.  In the room there is plenty of space for an extra bed (on wheels, 90 x 190) and / or a travel crib. We will gladly set up both for you upon request.
