Cozy apartments & chalets with a fantastic view in Kaprun
The view from the terrace stretches from Kitzsteinhorn up to the castle of Kaprun.The best: On hot summer days you can jump straight into the pool and in winter it is only a 5-minute walk to the slope entrance on the Maiskogel or directly onto the glacier. The hillside location above the roofs of Kaprun invites you to linger in our garden. There our guests relax in the comfortable sun loungers right by the pool and also find a barbecue for warm summer evenings. Of course, we provide parking spaces and WiFi free of charge.
The kitchens offer everything you need to pamper your loved ones: a hob with 4 burners, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as crockery / cutlery and cooking utensils with a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle. The property also has a general washing machine and ironing facilities.
The area: The slope (350m) is within walking distance and offers direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. In addition, Kaprun offers the perfect selection of restaurants for every palate - from typical Austrian dishes to international dishes. In addition, there are numerous shopping opportunities in the center of Kaprun, which are only around 400m as the crow flies (ADEG, Neumair etc.). 36 holes await all golfers at the Golf Club Zell am See (6 km). The airport "" Salzburg Airport "" can be reached by car or train in about 1.5 hours (80km).
The view from your private terrace reaches from the Kitzsteinhorn to the castle of Kaprun. The Apartment Noah is furnished in country house style, which creates a typical Austrian flair. The highlight: In the summer months you are able to jump into our panoramic pool directly from your terrace. During the winter you will reach the slopes within 5 walking minutes.
The charming maisonette apartment is divided in two sleeping rooms and a vast living room, which gives space for up to 8 guests. The flat has two separate bath rooms, the living room is equipped with a dining area and an open kitchen. The hillside location provides a marvelous view over the rooftops of Kaprun. Our guests love to relax in the sun loungers at the pool and have a barbecue on warm summer evenings. Of course we provide free parking and Wifi.
The kitchen provides everything you need to spoil your beloved ones: It comes with a fridge/freezer, micro wave, oven, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board.

Further Kaprun offers a variety of restaurants for every taste – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes.
