The Kitz Residenz is more than an aparthotel: historically influenced, the building shines in a contemporary style. Situated directly in the center of Kaprun, at the bus stop of the glacier cable car, every mountain or ski experience is within reach. The apartments are generously cut and extensively equipped.

TOP 3 is located on the ground floor of the Kitz Residence and has particularly high ceilings. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed. The other bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom with underfloor heating is equipped with a bathtub, a large washbasin and a toilet. A hallway leads to the comfortable living area with a cosy seating area including a sofa bed, open-plan kitchen and dining table. There is direct access to the terrace from the living room.

The final cleaning costs of € 163,- need to be paid extra on the day of arrival.
