Our farm "Holzenhof" is situated about 10 minutes outside of Koessen, with an idyllic and panoramic mountain view. Our cottage offers 4 fully equipped holiday apartments, furnished and decorated in traditional Tyrolean farmhouse style.

    “Positiv: Sehr sehr nette, herzliche Gastgeber !!
    Saubere Wohnung, wunderschöner Ausblick und absolut gemütliche Wohnung. Frische Eier und Milch gab es für wenig Geld frisch vom Hof.
    Wir kommen wieder ! Restaurant: Wirtshäusl - Sehr gemütlich, leckeres Essen”

    “Tolle Möglichkeit, sich mit seinen Liebsten vom Massentourismus zurückzuziehen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Positiv: - Weit weg vom Verkehrslärm der Hauptstraße und dem Trubel der Stadt.
    - Man kann direkt vom Haus loswandern und die Umgebung erkunden.
    - Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
    - Keinerlei Einschränkungen für den mitgebrachten Hund. Negativ: - Durch den häufigen Wechsel der Feriengäste (vier Ferienwohnungen) entsteht Unruhe im Haus.
    - Manche Gäste nehmen keine Rücksicht auf ihre Mitbewohner und benehmen sich manchmal wie die "Axt im Walde".
    - Da die Wohnung ab Mittag der Sonne voll ausgesetzt ist, ist ein kleiner Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse zu wenig.
    - Es ist leider kein WLAN vorhanden und der Handyempfang ist "grottenschlecht". Umgebung: Supermarket, tourist office - - Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bereich.
    - Am besten vorher zuhause zusammenstellen und vor Ort mit dem Navi die Gegend erkunden. Ausflüge: - Hornberg Kössen - - Der Hausberg in der Nähe.
    - Mit der Seilbahn zu den Gleitschirmfliegern.”
