Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This lovely three-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Notting Hill, just minutes away from different tube stations. It’s spread across two floors, offering great views of the area. The apartment has been recently refurbished in a modern style, featuring designer and modern furniture throughout. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout giving ample natural light. Guests will also have access to a private balcony.

The apartment is located on a residential street, only minutes away from the heart of Notting Hill. The entrance level is located on the first floor and the house spreads across two floors. On the second floor, guests will find the 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two with double beds. One bathroom is en suite and guests will also find a second bathroom for added convenience. The kitchen has been recently renovated and it comes fully equipped with state of the art appliances. The dining table can comfortably seat all guests. The living space comes with modern sofas and an armchair, ideal to relax after a long day of exploring London. The apartment offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a smart lock, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Right in the heart of London’s cool Notting Hill area only moments away from Ladbroke Grove station, Latimer Road station, Holland Park station, and Notting Hill Gate station this home is the perfect location for friends or family who want to explore London. Both Holland Park and Notting Hill are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. The area is famed for them. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.

Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With 4 different tube stations so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

This home requires guests to use stairs to access it and may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
