Villa with pool and well-tended garden

The standig individually villa, built in 2019 is modern, luxury and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Location
Višnjan. The villa is located on a 870 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. With a beautiful sea view, our villa is an optimal place for relaxation in the beautiful Istrian countryside. The new, bright, modern villa with 2 spacious terraces and a beautiful garden with pool can accommodate 8 people. The villa was built in the Mediterranean style typical of the country. The location of Visnjan in the hinterland of the romantic cities of Poreč and Novigrad is of course one of the main advantages of this location. The cities of Poreč and Novigrad are 10-15 minutes by car from Visnjan. Visnjan is an idyllic place in Istria, which is not overrun by tourism. Mainly the place is characterized by typical buildings. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the street in front of the house.
