Situated in a quiet up-market residential area of Jávea and benefiting from the protection of it´s mountain ensures that we have our own micro-climate and fantastic year round temperatures. We are only 5 minutes drive to the quaint 'Old Town' of Jávea or 10 minutes to the beautiful 'Port' where fishing is still a way of life or the 'Arenal' which is famous for it´s 'Blue Flag Beaches'Casa Toscana is perfectly placed to offer something that is just that little bit special.

The airy and light open plan lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is a cool, relaxing area to get away from the heat of the day and has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and valley beyond.

There are patio doors that open fully onto the upstairs terrace with seating / dining for 6 people.KitchenThe fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need so that mealtimes are never an issue


Bedrooms

Master Bedroom – A relaxing master bedroom with King bed and large en-suite. It has air-conditioning and shutters to keep you cool at night as well as double wardrobes.

Twin Room – The twin shares a bathroom with the other double and is cool and inviting. It has air-conditioning, shutters and wardrobes.

Double Room – This double bedroom with shared bathroom and King-size bed is comfortable and offers air-conditioning, shutters and large double wardrobe.


All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.



The spectacular jacuzzi pool with its sunbathing terrace, BBQ and outdoor kitchen are the place to sit whilst taking in the sun. It´s a fantastic place to top up that tan or enjoy a long lazy lunch.Sit and admire the fantastic views of the escarpment in front or take a dip to cool off in this little oasis of Javea. The villa boasts , shaded areas under the trees, perfect to read that favourite book or take little a siesta. The fabulous poolside dining table for 6 is ideal for alfresco living. Or maybe move upto to the level above to the large covered outdoor dining area, great for those family fiestas. As Casa Toscana sits so close to Javea it is perfect for those that want to go out and explore. If walking is your thing then the national park offers a number of walks and trails that you and your group can enjoy. For the adventurous among you why not climb the Montgo mountain at 740m? The views really are breathtaking.
