It is located in a beautiful natural landscape just a few meters from the beach and sea. The house in the olive grove is located in a small fishing village Pomer, known for its marina, in the well-protected Medulin Bay, surrounded by a pine forest in a unique nature by the sea.

3.000 m2, natural garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants. Sea view, near beach, clean sea, ideal for families with children and young people. Private pool & whirlpool. This single-storey house the size of about 120 m2 consists of a living room, there are also 2 bedrooms - one with double bed, one with two single beds; a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area. There is a 2 bathrooms. The are three terraces with its cozy furniture you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the natural environment.

Beside the house there is a swimming pool with a terrace where a whirlpool, a barbecue, a table for 8 people and 6 deck chairs are to be found. From part of the house there is a fantastic view of the sea. The beach is near of the house (50m2). Within 700 m of the house there are several restaurants of local Istrian cuisine, bars, a supermarket, fishmarket, butcher, bank and other facilities . For those who love active holidays the region is renowned for its Nature Park Cape Kamenjak ( 4 km away ) that can be reached by walk or riding a bike. The offer ranges from diving to windsurfing, paintball, horseback riding, jeep safaris, etc. The Natural Park Cape Kamenjak is one of the ten must-see destinations on the Mediterranean. Visiting the cultural center of Pula ( 6 km) and Rovinj ( 30 km ) is also a must. Pula Airport lies at a distance of 6 km. The Beach House Mare is the ideal place for a holiday.
