3.5 Zimmer-Wohnung an sonniger Lage in Bever. Die Wohnung wurde im Sommer 2020 komplett renoviert und besticht durch ihre hochwertige Ausstattung und warme Holzverkleidung im Alpenchic-Stil.


Die zwei Schlafzimmer sind einmal mit einem Doppelbett und einmal mit einem Etagenbett ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Walk-in Dusche und ist mit hellem Naturstein ausgestattet worden. In der Küche finden Sie modernste Gerätschaften inklusive Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner vor. Der sonnige Balkon ist nach Süd-Westen gerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ein externer Monitor für Home Office steht zur Verfügung.


Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Skiraum und Wachsraum vorhanden. Garagenparkplatz inklusive. Hinweis zum Garagenparkplatz: nicht geeignet für SUV's und breite Autos. Er hat folgende Abmessungen:

    “Eine wunderbare Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung - gerne wieder! Positiv: Sehr schön renovierte Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung! Negativ: Die Qualität des Doppelbettes hätte besser sein können. Restaurant: Bever Lodge - Tolles Ambiente, leckeres Essen und professionelle Bedienung Ausflüge: Lai Staz - Der Stazersee ist mit dem Bike in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen.
    Ein Rundgang um dem See sowie die anschliessende Fahrt über Pontresina runden den Ausflug ab.”
