The apartment has a a large and bright living room with access to a fully furnished terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, all with large windows with spectacular views. Two bathrooms, with shower. The apartment includes a parking space ( medium/small car) in the same building.
This fantastic apartment is within walking distance of the beach Miracle or Arrabassada, which is very close to the city of Tarragona. It is a perfect option for those who want to be very close to the bustle of a city, but do not want to give up some moments of tranquility and the possibility of enjoying beautiful landscapes of the Mediterranean Sea. In addition, this apartment is 1 hour from Barcelona and about 15-20 min by car from Port Aventura and other water parks or places of interest.
And if you have a car, you can discover other wonderful beaches of Costa Dorada, which are located a few kilometers away.
You can also visit the famous Priorat region, located just 25 minutes by car from Tarragona, where the best wines are produced, winners of several prestigious international awards.

2. MANDATORY GARBAGE COLLECTION When leaving home, if food/drinks are left open or any other type of open garbage, a fine of 200 euros will be charged from the deposit.
3. Guests over the age of 16 will be charged a tourist tax of EUR 1.10 per person for a maximum of 7 days. (Law 5/2012, of March 20, of the Parliament of Catalonia).
4. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Damage to furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
5. The agreed security deposit (€500) will be issued at the time of key collection by credit card and will be refunded within 7 days prior to departure if the accommodation has not been damaged)
6.Key collection: C/ Pons d'Icart 41, TARRAGONA, Tarraco Homes agency. Call 1 hour before arrival. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
7. Arrival time (check-in time): from 01.01 to 12.31: every day of the week from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at 20:00 to 19:00 metro. Departure time: 10:00.
