Thanks to the large windows in the combined living and dining room with open kitchen, you have a beautiful view of the water and the surroundings. Gather family or friends here for a delicious dinner or a relaxing evening in front of the fireplace.

Outside, a large terrace with glass railing and garden furniture and a separate conservatory at the house await you, where you can sit almost like outside even in bad weather.

Lundevatnet offers good fishing opportunities and can be used for fishing all year round without a fishing license. The area also offers good hiking opportunities. Thanks to the good location of the house, you can make many trips inland and along the coast: In the beautiful small town of Flekkefjord there is a cozy village center with exciting stores, restaurants and street art. In Ålgård you will find Kongeparken - the family park with excitement for young and old. Day trips to Kristiansand, where you can visit the zoo in Kristiansand, or Stavanger with the colorful street Øvre Holmegate are a good option.
