Historical country house composed by 8 apartments and shared garden with table and chairs. Parking for an auto for every apartment at disposal. The house is located in a very quiet and green place at walking distance to the lake and just 2.5 km from Lazise town centre. Laundry for common use with washing machine in the lower floor.
Included in the price free entrance to camping Park delle Rose and its services: free wi-fi at the reception of the camping, swimming pool with slides, swimming pool for adults, swimming pool for children, beach, children playground, animation program, soccer ground, fitness area and table tennis. Upon payment: tennis court, minigolf, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, beach bar, swimming pool bar, minimarket, bazar, atm.
A new house is currently under construction in the garden next to the flats. The owners have informed us that from 19 May 2024 the work will be stopped. In 2024 our guests will be able to use the minigolf course (1 entrance) free of charge in addition to the many free services on the campsite.
2024 GUARANTEED OPENING OF SERVICES: campsite opening 18 April and closing 06 October. Swimming pools from 24 April to 30 September. Animation from 12 May to 15 September.
Bright three-room apartment located on the first floor and composed by living room with kitchenette, refrigerator with freezer, table with chairs, coffee machine, toaster, stove. Double-bed sofa, Sat-Tv, Wi-fi, air conditioning/heating (only in the living room). Big bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, safe. Bedroom with two single beds, small wardrobe, bathroom with window, shower box, bidet and mirror. Access through the stairs to the big garden furnished with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. We suggest this apartment to families with children or friend groups looking for a place near to the lake, in a quiet position with all the comforts of an holiday village.
The total price consists in:
- RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner of the property
- GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, bed linen, towels, welcome kit, assistance and support, professional cleaning, reservation management, commission paid by the host to the portal, mailing and communication, etc.) offered by Regarda Travel to the tenant
Compulsory tourist tax to be paid cash at the arrival.
Compulsory refundable security deposit to be paid by credit card on arrival euro 200.00
