Beautiful property of 1 hectare where reign calm and intimacy, la Cadenière offers all the modern comforts added to the traditional Provencal charm.
The ground floor has a large bright living room with fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen, a small TV lounge with a flat screen, 1 dining room and 1 beautiful double bedroom (twin beds can be installed in king size bed) with air conditioning and superb fully renovated shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms (1 bedroom with twin beds and 1 queen size room) with mosquito net windows and fans, share a beautiful bathroom equipped with a shower and a bathtub, separate toilet. The room to the south gives access to the terrace "solarium".
All the house is equipped with a recent quality bedding.
Many relaxation spaces are arranged in the garden and terraces surround the house to enjoy the outdoors according to your desires.
The swimming pool (10.5mx4.5m) is equipped with a heat pump and promises you a nice swim in May. Hammock and sun beds are at your disposal for your relaxation.
Extra charges :
End of stay cleaning is compulsory, a mid-stay cleaning can be provide with an extra charge.
The house linen is optional (bath & hand towels, bedlinen and kitchen clothes), Pool towel
Many other services are offered, do not hesitate to contact us.
Our prices are dispensed in 2 parts :
- Rent, insurance, guaranty - to be paid at the booking
- Extra charges (end of stay cleaning, house linen, tourist tax, others) - to be paid at the arrival
