Im Ortsteil Dramalj an der beliebten Riviera von Crikvenica befindet sich dieses schöne Anwesen, nur 150 m von Meer und Strand, 500 m von der Halbinsel Kačjak entfernt. 

Das Apartment bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ihnen stehen ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, Badezimmer sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Essecke und Küchenzeile zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist mit WLAN-Internet und Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

    “Eine tolle Wohnung mit sehr großer Terasse, einem schönen Blick runter zum Wasser und der gegenüberliegenden Insel Krk. Die Wohnung ist für vier oder fünf Personen hinreichend groß. (Wir waren als Familie zu viert mit zwei jugendlichen Kindern dort.) Das Haus liegt etwas oberhalb des Wassers. Über eine Treppe oder über an der Straße - und somit etwas angenehmer zu gehen - kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Strand.
    Die Wohnung hat eine umfangreiche Ausstattung, die zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber gut funktioniert. Die Einfahrt zum Haus und zu den Parkplätzen ist steil und wirkt erst etwas eng, aber es ist auch für einen größeren Kombi (E-Klasse) ausreichend Platz zum Parken vorhanden.
    Die Eigentümerin wohnt im Haus, ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett.”
