Holiday house Viktoria s located in the area of Porec Novo naselje, only 400m from the nearest beach and 15 minutes walking from the city center. It is located on enclosed property and the driveway is shared with a small holiday home. The guests of House Viktoria have on their disposal (not shared with other guests) a smaller yard on the back side of the house with barbecue and sitting furniture. Behind the house is a children playground. On guests’ disposal, there is also one parking space at the entrance of the property.The house for 6-7 persons is located on two floors with a surface area of 100m2. On the groundfloor there is a living area with a two-persons sleeping couch, satelite tv, kitchen and dining table, exit to the terrace with garden furniture and shower/toilete. On the first floor ther are three double bedrooms, two of them with balcony and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Air condition and wireless internet are available.
