Charming cottage for a small family near the Wadden Sea.

Inside the house you can expect a bright and modern interior on two floors. On the first floor you will find the dining area, kitchen and living room. In the cozy sofa corner of the living room you can relax in the evening in front of the TV or the heater. A steep staircase will take you to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located. Please note that the children's bedroom has access through the master bedroom.

From the living room you can access a beautiful covered terrace, from which you have a view of the garden. Enjoy the sun and fresh air here.

In the beautiful nature of Friedrichskoog-Spitze you can take wonderful walks, experience the Wadden Sea or visit the seal station.

***As part of the necessary dike reinforcement, the dike in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will receive a new profile from April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 to withstand the demands of climate change. The bathing beach in Friedrichskoog-Spitze is NOT usable during the entire construction period.

The spa park will also be redesigned starting in the fall of 2023 and additional offerings will be added. These include, for example, a widened dike crest path, spacious terraces including a panorama box, and a dike and park grandstand with seating steps for lingering. From spring 2024, the completed event and play area of the spa park is expected to offer a varied alternative to the bathing beach.

Friedrichskoog will become even more attractive for you - unfortunately, this will not be possible without noise, dirt and path restrictions. We ask for your understanding!
