This welcoming vacation home is ideal for groups or several families who want to spend a relaxing vacation together. The house is equipped with many activity facilities such as volleyball, badminton, table tennis, petanque, American billiards room, children's playroom, library and a sauna, so it is guaranteed not to be boring.

The surrounding area also offers a wide range of excursion destinations and sights. Rent a boat, discover nature on the hiking trails, visit Monflanquin or the medieval castle Chateau de Bonaguil. Wine connoisseurs can visit the vineyards of Monbazillac.

There are many stairs in the house, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The bathrooms are a bit older. Bedroom 6 and 7 are located on the mezzanine and open to the living room. Access via a steep and narrow staircase.
