It has a closed yard of 400m2 in which childreen can play in complete safety. There is a private parking place in the yard and barbecue is available. The houseowner lives only on weekend near by.The house for 2-4 persons,with a surface area of 45m2 consist of: living area with kitchen, and dining table, satelite tv, double bedroom, a room with 2 separate beds and shower/toilet. There is a nice covered terrace with garden furniture. Air condition is available and included in the price.
