Interior Description - Ground Floor

The villa is on two levels and has comfortable interiors with attention to every detail.

Overall, it offers 4 bedrooms (each with ensuitel bathroom and shower) and a fifth bathroom serving the living area on the ground floor, for a total of 11 beds.

The ground floor consists of a living area and a sleeping area.

The living room is furnished with sitting area and TV.

The kitchen opens onto the furnished terrace and is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and washing machine.

One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower, equipped with TV, safe and mini fridge.

Interior Description - First Floor

From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor (which can also be accessed from the outside via an external staircase) which enjoys a lovely furnished terrace with sea view.

The first floor consists of a hallway with a large wardrobe and a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms, each one furnished in a different color.

All 3 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower, TV, safe and mini fridge.

The green room has a double bed.

The blue room is a triple with a double bed and an additional single bed.

The orange room is very large and has a double bed and a sofa bed, which can extend to become a comfortable bunk bed if necessary. The orange room also has an independent entrance and overlooks the furnished terrace.

Each bedroom is air-conditioned.

Villa Timparosa enjoys large outdoor areas where you can relax and spend pleasant moments outdoors.

A large heated swimming pool, surrounded by greenery, is furnished with a solarium with sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas, and offers an outdoor shower.
