Spacious penthouse located in a quiet area, directly in front of the sea and a few steps from the beach of Santa Cruz de La Palma, with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic.
With exquisite decoration and complete equipment, this apartment offers spacious and very comfortable spaces to enjoy a perfect stay in pleasant surroundings.

Located a few steps from the Plaza de la Alameda, the beginning of the pedestrian zone and commercial epicenter of the capital, where you will find all the facilities typical of a small port city: exquisite historical enclaves, museum, tapas and restaurants, attractive shops and supermarket, ecological store.
On its seafront there is a large black sand beach, protected from the sea currents, suitable for swimming throughout the year.

    “Wir waren vom 18.9.-2.10.22 Gäste des Hauses und geben ganz klar 5 Sterne!
    Die Ausstattung war bestens. Ob Bade- oder Handtücher, Bettwäsche, auch dickere Bettdecken, Seife, Küchenutensilien, Klimaanlage zum Schlafzimmer hin….alles vorhanden.
    Die zentrale Lage war für uns erstklassig. Alle Ziele auf der Insel sind gut zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür, zu Fuß in die Altstadt 3 min… besser geht es nicht. Taxi zum Flughafen bei Bedarf 15 Euro, mit dem Bus (150m) 2,50 Euro für die 7 km.
    Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem überdurchschnittlich guten und sehr sauberen Zustand. Möbel, das Bett, die Küche, Bäder…. alles absolut in Ordnung.
    Der Preis war daher für uns sehr angemessen!
    Die deutsche Vermieterin war immer zu erreichen, sehr sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit Tipps und Auskünften aller Art (z.B.Ausflügen) zu den örtlichen Gegebenheiten echt geholfen.
    Der Meerblick ist Weltklasse… kochen mit Atlantikblick…da lacht mein Gastronomenherz!!!
    Wenn wir es nochmal auf die Insel schaffen, dann in diese Wohnung.”
