The Plaza Catalunya Penthouse apartment in Barcelona is just unique with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus a private terrace.
Attention, the interior facade of the building is being renovated from November 2021 and we are waiting for the windows to be installed in the two bedrooms at the end, at the moment they are covered with something provisional, so we will apply a 40% discount to the rates of this period, please ask at the time of booking.
The apartment is cozy and huge with its 180 m², it can accommodate up to 8 people.
The property is located 20 m from the bus station, 150 m from the supermarket. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in the center of the city. It is the heart of Barcelona city.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, 15 m² terrace, fireplace, iron, hair dryer, air conditioning (hot/cold), air conditioning throughout the house, 2 TVs.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
Check-in regular time between 13h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. Late check-out can be possible for 30€ more until 17h00, please check that on arrival with your contact.- The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler.
Barcelona city tax not included: 4€ per night per person.
- Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine.
- This accommodation is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros.
- 80€ special fee required on arrival for gaz, water and electricity for monthly stay only
- 750€ refundable security deposit will be due in cash at check in for monthly stay only
