The irresistible mountain village of Valldemossais is one of the most exclusive holiday destinations in Majorca. This welcoming villa is situated in a pleasant residential area and offers pleasant holiday accommodation at any time of year. The place is located at a height of 600 metres above sea level, making temperatures comfortable even in the height of summer. Due to its central heating, this house is also pleasantly comfortable during the winter months. The villa is very elegantly furnished and its four bedrooms and three bathrooms offer ample space for up to eight people. A fourth bathroom with shower and an external entrance is conveniently located near the pool. The well-kept gardens, including shaded areas, inviting terrace and beautiful pool area are wonderful for fun, games and relaxation.     “Das Haus wurde von einem Architekten als Familienwohnung gebaut. Es ist dementsprechend sehr gut durchdacht mit vielen Wandschränken, Schuhregalen und prächtigen Holzdielen im Obergeschoss ausgestattet. Die Küche (Gas und Elektro) ist großzügig mit Geräten und Porzellan bestückt. Es gibt verschiedene Esstische (einer innen, drei im Garten). Der Garten ist mit englischem Rasen und schönen Rosenbeeten attraktiv und sorgfältig gepflegt. Abends bis Mitternacht automatische Außenbeleuchtung. Zahlreiche Liegestühle. Der Pool wird zweimal wöchentlich gereinigt und ist makellos sauber. Im Eingangsbereich mit automatischem Haustor befinden sich zwei schattige Stellplätze für Autos. Haus und Garten sind so wohnlich und komfortabel, dass es uns schwer fiel, die geplanten Entdeckungsreisen quer über die Insel zu unternehmen. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr zuvorkommend und sofort aus Palma zur Stelle, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert.”
