The mobile home Pecten Exclusive N°1 is placed on the on the ground by the sea, in the third and fourth row, between the villages of Pakostane and Drage, only 8 km to the south from Biograd.

This unit has a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with cutlery and crockery, microwave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, cooking plate with gas burners and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed, and in the other one a double bed with a bunk bed, therefore this mobile home may accommodate up to 5 persons.

A SAT TV and air conditioning are available without further charge. Upon arrival guests receive a voucher for internet also without further charges. Fresh bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen cloths will await you and fresh will be delivered once a week. Beach towels are not included, so kindly bring your own.

This is a pet-friendly accommodation - your pets are welcome upon request and against surcharge of 7,00 EUR per night and pet. There is a possibility to arrange a buoy for your boat in the sea in front of the property, upon prior inquiry and against a surcharge of 7 EUR per day and buoy. There are four buoys - please inquire for availability.
