Beautiful and authentic cottage with a lot of soul, directly on the Mariager Fjord.

This charming vacation home was built in 1880 as a small country house. The house has been renovated over time with all the amenities, but has retained the old country charm. The exposed beams, thatched roof combined with the magnificent panoramic view of the Mariager Fjord, provide the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The house has a large kitchen in open connection to the dining room, which forms part of a large living room, from which there is access to a conservatory. In the living room there is an installed heat pump and the stove contributes both with warmth and coziness on the cooler days. The bathroom is also located on the first floor and the second floor contains in addition to 2 large rooms access to a terrace / conservatory.

The house has a garden directly on the Mariager Fjord with a small piece of sandy beach from where you can take a dip or go fishing. The town of Mariager is just a few kilometers away and definitely worth a visit with quirky, charming half-timbered houses and cobblestone streets. The town is also called the city of roses and offers restaurants and stores.

An outbuilding, about 30 meters from the main house, can be rented as a separate house from under 1632367. No renting to youth groups.
